the hotel had ample parking available. i also found nice facilities including pools, a private beach, and tennis courts. the breakfast was very good with a lot of choices.
i ordered a burger (i was quite hungry that day). the burger took 45 mins, and i asked them to cancel it. they never informed me that food would take that long, and no apology was given either. the manager's name was prajeesh (i think).

my room had a balcony with a partial seaview even though it faced the parking lot! the bed was really comfortable. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety, though it was the same daily.
I ordered a burger and it took 45 minutes to arrive. I cancelled it eventually! there was no apology for the delay

I enjoyed the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet. The selection was excellent. the staff was helpful. the rooms were quiet and clean.
I experienced slow service at the pool. It was often necessary to approach the staff directly, this could improve the overall experience
